Riyadh — Mubasher: Pan Gulf Marketing Company has recently secured a Sharia-compliant banking facility totaling SAR 70 million, according to a bourse filing.

The financing agreement was signed on 27 September 2026 with the UAE-listed Emirates NBD.

The credit facility is designated specifically to fund the company’s working capital requirements.

According to the regulatory filing, the financing carries a duration of one calendar year.

Pan Gulf Marketing confirmed that the facility was obtained without providing any underlying assets as guarantees or collateral.

The company further stated that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
